A One-Stop-Shop for OnStar Programs

OnStar Business Solutions brings four products under one umbrella.

Onstar, GM Holdings LLC’s emergency, security and navigation service, is providing a one-stop-shop location to meet the needs of fleet managers and small business owners.

OnStar Safety Services, OnStar Vehicle Insights, API & Data Services and Wi-Fi are now available at OnStar Business Solutions.

“We understand that every fleet operation has its own needs and goals and that there isn’t one perfect fleet management solution for everyone,” said Michelle Calloway, director of OnStar Business Solutions. “We created OnStar Business Solutions so our fleet customers can go to one place to learn about all of our products and offerings and choose the option that will best keep them protected, connected, informed and in control.”

OnStar Safety Services plans offer automatic crash response and 24/7 access to specially trained advisors to help with any roadside emergency, stolen vehicle assistance and remote access, depending on the level of plan a customer chooses.

OnStar Vehicle Insights is GM’s newest fleet telematics solution, providing vehicle locator, vehicle health that highlights preventative and maintenance notifications, driver performance and trip history.

API & Data Services provides customers with data helpful for fleet management.

Wi-Fi keeps the fleet vehicles and drivers connected and can act as a vehicle hotspot to connect up to seven devices within 50 feet of the vehicle.

OnStar is available in Chevrolet, Buick, GM, Cadillac, Opel and Vauxhall models.

GM has vehicle assembly plants in Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas. Its Spring Hill plant in Tennessee makes the GMC Acadia, Cadillac XT5 and XT6. The iconic GM Corvette is only made in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  In Texas, GM makes the Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV, the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban and the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL.
